🔁 When Can You Request a Return or Replacement?

You are eligible for a return or replacement only if:

  • The item(s) you received are damaged, broken, or leaked at the time of delivery.

  • You received a wrong product that you did not order.

🚫 Cases NOT Eligible for Return/Replacement:

  • If the product was delivered in good condition but you changed your mind.

  • If the seal is broken or the product has been used.

📸 Proof Required

To process your return or replacement:

  • Please share clear pictures or a short video of the damaged or incorrect product within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Send the proof via WhatsApp or email along with your Order ID.

⏱️ Time Frame

  • You must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
